Playing with shutter speed and motion can yield some interesting photographic results. In this series, I used a slow setting and rapid camera motion to transform piles of colourful fabric into images that remind me of the desert.

Thank you! When printed they do look like watercolours. I forgot to record the shutter speed I used at the time, but I bounced the flash off the ceiling to keep the light and colours softer and just experimented with different camera movements.
